Violin & Fiddle Instructor

Sara Fitzpatrick (one of the original Music Makers) teaches group violin. Sara grew up on the coast and studied with Blaine Dunaway, Lynne and Reg Dickson! Her goal was to become a world travelling fiddle player and after many years of hard work she achieved this goal and has toured across Canada and internationally with numerous acts including Delhi 2 Dublin.! Sara has now returned to the coast to raise her family and share her love of the violin with people of all ages.! Having a background of Classical, traditional and jazz music, Sara understands the benefits of reading music, playing by ear and having the ability to improvise. Her chosen method of music instruction is the O’Conner Method. She began teaching violin / fiddle at the Music Makers Studio in 2015!
